Emily has written another cozy alien romance full of comedic, heartwarming, and human moments that will leave you wanting more. I absolutely adored Space for More and I can't wait to see what Spire Station #3 brings!
I will start by saying you don't have to read Space for Love to understand what happens and how this intergalactic society operates. There is a glossary and pronunciation guide at the beginning of the book as well as introductions to societal norms as the story progresses. However, it is immensely more fun to read Space for More if you have read book 1 as there are character cameos that will make you giddy with joy to see again.
Emily always finds some new element to her cozy monster romances that force you to read them in one sitting. I thought the special agent/fake spy storyline was SO much fun! It not only helps propel the storyline forward, but it's creative and lots of nonsense pursues. This secret spy mission brings our lovers together and provides an entertaining array of moments and character development. Space for More is an FFM featuring two aliens and a human. Some tropes you'll find in this book are fated mates, second chances, a twist on grumpy x sunshine for three, and hurt/comfort.
I say this every time I review for Emily, the amount of diversity she puts into her work is immensely appreciated. I love seeing plus-size and LGBTQ+ representation in every book and to see them being loved the way they deserve. There is always a HEA!
P.S. The spicy scenes are SPICY. Phelix has a unique package...use that information as you will. ;)
Thank you so so much Emily for allowing me an ARC in exchange for an honest review. All opinions are my own.
