Good side characters. I tore through it and I enjoyed it. I’m not sold on the fire MMC. I’m thinking he might have an ACOTAR tamlin like arc. He was a huge dick to the FMC especially at the beginning. He also needs control and is often harsh with the FMC even though he loves her. And his approach to his magic doesn’t seem to fit the FMC well. But the water male character’s approach seems more appropriate. I see a love triangle in the future. Writing sometimes made me roll my eyes.
