The Beauty of the House is immeasurable; its Kindness infinite.

Piranesi is a surreal, haunting, dreamlike novel set in a labyrinthine palace of endless halls and immense statues. Despite its small size, its not a fast-paced tale, its a slow moving journey, one that should be savored. This weirdly unique experience would be best enjoyed knowing as little as possible before going in, simply let the book absorb you, and join Piranesi as he guides you through his freeing, yet claustrophobic world.

Its honestly difficult to sum up just how much I enjoyed reading this book. It resonated with me on such a personal level, at times it almost felt like it was written with me in mind. This book can easily sit amongst my all-time favorites.
