As long as you go into this book expecting a safe, cozy romance with a touch of light fantasy then its really not as bad as the the internet makes it seem. Is this the next viral book? No, and I don't think it set out to be. Did I have issues with the overall story? Absolutely, but it was still a cute story to listen to while getting other things done.
