Not a book to be taken too seriously in the science and data (it’s always changing!), but I appreciate the lens of your life and subconscious scripts being permeable and malleable. Listening to it on audiobook, he really gets to a call-to-action in the last ten minutes — basically, it’s all info and very little action. If you’ve done a lot of healing work/exploration in the overlap between science and the unexplained energy of life, this probably won’t give you much info you don’t already know. Still a compelling argument to look at the ways our conditioning rules our behavior and how to change it when it’s not serving us.
