The writing was amazing, and the story was great! The only thing that made me a bit upset was how long it took me to read. The only reason I felt burned out with this book because I was getting mad. I couldn't see that I was making progress with the book.
When it came to the story I loved very few of the characters, my favorite is Frances because she and I are the exact same humans, lol. I honestly think she was the only one that actually was more involved in the storyline that seemed somewhat interesting. The Neoplotion family was also my favorite character, towards the end of the book. At the beginning of the story, they were kinda obvious about the issues they were facing together, and I think that a lot of the trauma and tragic things happened to them. The character development was the best thing about this book and the only thing that could get 4 stars. It would've been 5 stars, but the rest of the characters weren't my favorite.
