Agent to the Stars by John Scalzi
5.0
I'm reading John Scalzi's backlist and this did not disappoint. I'm not sure I would pick this one up based on the cover alone, as it does look a little childish.
At first, it felt a little random. You have an agent to the Stars in Hollywood casting a Holocaust movie, and then a side story of the first alien contact. It wasn't until the end that it was woven together in such an unexpected, but perfect way.
This is a light, fluffy read that gives you something to think about.
