This what is my first time reading a novel by Mindy let alone in a series but I have to say I really enjoyed it this one more than I thought I would.
The characters with fun and enjoyable to read about. Barbara and Melvin were definitely my favorite especially since I love learning about their backgrounds growing up in Kentucky and indiana.
The setting was beautifully described which made me feel like I was actually in Indiana while reading especially when the scenery was described.
Overall a wonderful book one in this Amish fiction series about the heart of Amish culture!!
Can't wait to read more by Mindy in the future!!
