True Love at the Lonely Hearts Bookshop by Annie Darling

More pandemic comfort reading- this is excellent romantic women's literature (aka chick lit, a term that I don't really like). British, bookish, characters who are a bit like something from a film (a touch of Four Weddings in this one for certain) but three dimensional for all of that. An overall good sense of humor and fairly realistic conflict (for the genre. Lots of parentheses in this review. On to the next in this series. It hits the spot like a cup of tea on a gray windy Sunday, which I also had while reading this.
