Well, I have so many thoughts. For one, I actually liked this book! Did it take me two years to finish this, yes but that’s nothing to do with the book. So pay no attention to the dates!!
One thing I’ll say is that how did James not know who croc was? I mean come on James how do you think the door got unlocked… you knew you just didn’t want to admit it. The timeline, too, was really quick in my opinion. Everything that happened was truly something of a fictional timeline.
Now, for the good parts! I really liked the plot and though I raised my eyebrow at things James did, I liked him in the end. I’m also glad Wendy and John are free of their dad because gosh he was horrible. I just wish Wendy wasn’t as naive as she was. She had so much potential to be a strong heroine who could stand up to everyone.
Long story short, this was good. Not my favorite however, I’m excited for the rest!
