A Memory of Light by Brandon Sanderson, Robert Jordan

5.0

It is hard to find the words to describe how much this series means to me now that I've finished it. By the end the characters felt like family and it's a bit sad knowing that I won't be able to continue with them in their future journey. This series is truly one of a kind and what Robert Jordan and later Brandon Sanderson achieved is nothing but absolutely extraordinary. The Wheel of Time has become my favorite series I've ever read.

First re-read: Honestly past Memo here is very, very wise. I have little to add other than that this re-read made fall in love with the series even more - if that is even possible. I've read a ton of books and series in between this re-read, and still The Wheel of Time evokes in me emotions that no other series has been capable of, and probably non ever will. This won't be the last time I read this masterpiece so I'll meet my Emond's field's family again soon, because there are neither beginnings nor endings to the turning of The Wheel of Time; there are only in-betweens.
