I continued to read this book right after reading the previous 2 of the saga, so I was already accustomed to the world and writing style. I did like the introduction of a new character (again), although I did not find Arren too likeable. Something about his motivation throughout the book - and love - just didn't really resolve for me. I struggled more to read this book than the previous one. Something about the seafaring and details of insignificant places - yet again. I guess, it still tied in well with the overall saga and the end leaves me wondering where the next book will take us.
