The A.B.C. Murders by Agatha Christie
5.0

This is one of the greatest of the Poirot / Hastings novels. They’re at such a comfortable place in their friendship — reunited after a few years’ separation and going right back into their old habits (at one point Hastings makes fun of Poirot’s clothes and Poirot replies that Hastings’ clothes are so bad he might as well join a nudist colony).

Also the plot twist is a solid A+.
