What a beautiful story. I wanted to live inside it forever; there was so much love and hope in the midst of tragedy and grief. Everyone deserves a pure love like Josh & Lauren.
This book will rip your heart out and stomp on it. It’s entirely predictable and different than Kristan’s other stories, but it doesn’t make me love it any less. I attached to all the characters, even the secondary ones (especially Radley).
If you’re not in a headspace to immerse yourself in death and grief, maybe skip this one. But just know it was fantastic and I’m glad I picked this up at the library.
