This chaste Christian women’s literature novel is heartwarming. The story is told from the POV of 4 narrators, each of them going through a time of healing with God’s providential hand heavily directing their steps. There are so many regrets redeemed.
The romance portion of the story is sweet, with the two characters being extremely careful with the small amount of time they have together, particularly since neither of them was shopping for romance. Being careful doesn’t limit their chemistry, however, and the story is filled with warm fuzzies, reconciliation, intergenerational healing, and friendship.
