This book wasn’t the best romance story I’ve ever read. I enjoyed it, but it could’ve been so much better. Jasmine and Ashton were both amazing character, but there was just something missing. I just didn’t love them enough to give this book 5 stars.
I did love the telenovela scenes. It felt like two stories in one, and I even felt for the characters they played. I loved how Jasmine and Ashton were trying very hard not to fall for each other, but failed in the end. The chemistry was on point. It was steamy enough. And Ashton was just super hot.
Overall, I really enjoyed this book, but I expected a little more of it!
