I really enjoyed the first two books of this series, but I felt that the ending was quite anticlimactic. My curiosity felt a little... unfulfilled? Something I really enjoyed about this series is the way the MC's anxieties were portrayed, but I felt like I was expecting her to be better and show an emotional journey by the third book. She does do this to some extent, and I understand it in the context of the first half of the book, but I wish it had become less of an issue in the second half. I also really wanted the stakes to be higher and more tension. I love the emotional and character side of things, but it felt like they were happening at the detriment of the plot a little. I didn't feel much satisfaction by the end.
That being said, this was a great series and very creative worldbuilding. I enjoyed the characters and for at least the first two books I was absolutely hooked. Can't wait to see what the author will write next!
