I enjoyed this book and liked all the characters I was meant to like (there are some hateful ones). I did find Shadow's inability to face his emotions and wants trying sometimes. Shadow and Bobby's relationship made me smile. Dani was an interesting character and considering her mother's impact on her, she was relatively normal. Overall I enjoyed the characters, the plot and even though I don't usually like cliffhanger endings, this one was unexpected and entertaining.
