I absolutely loved this book! The story was delightful and had an interesting array of well-developed characters. I enjoyed the detailed, slow pace of the novel and getting to spend time with the March sisters and Laurie as they grew up. The story was both charming and hopeful but at the same time did not shy away from the harsh realities of life in Civil War America.
I cannot fault this book - 'Little Women' is definitely a new favourite of mine!
