I wish I would have read this series sooner. I read this book for the first time when I was about 16. This is may second time reading and it just get better at every read. This book is a classic for a reason.... and the reason is it is Great! Anne make me smile. I see myself in her. I may not be redheaded or an orphan, but I am imaginative. The slat scene also makes me smile. I can't wait to see Anne, Gil, Diana, and all the rest of the Avonlea gang grow.
