This was such an amazing read! I flew through the book in a matter of days and cannot get enough of the story of Juliette as she really starts coming into her own. Tahereh Mafi has made an inspiring story of a girl who was once weak, wrapped in the darkness of her world and existence in Shatter Me, truly transforming her into a powerful force, standing firm in her faith in herself in Ignite Me. I absolutely loved this book and have thoroughly enjoyed the journey this series has taken me on. One can only hope the continuation of the series builds and adds on to itself but I think it will be very hard for Ignite Me to be topped.

The only thing that I feel could have made the ending better would have been more interaction with Anderson before killing him. I feel like it was rushed and I wanted him to have more dialogue with Juliette and realize his predicament before she shoots him. I feel like it does make sense that she just did what she did and didn't give him a chance to beg or be shown mercy, but I just really wanted him to suffer for longer because of what he did to both Warner and Adam, let alone the entire country. Maybe that's just a bit of sadism from me but feel that it could have been warranted just to flesh the scene out a little bit more.
