✨ 🫂 The Comfort Book by Matt Haig 🫂 ✨

Matt Haig has become an auto-buy author of mine and when I saw this at the used book shop I knew I had to get it.

In the same vein as his other reflective works “Notes on a Nervous Planet” and “Reasons to Stay Alive”, “The Comfort Book” addresses anxiety and depression in a way that really speaks to my core.

As someone with bipolar and borderline disorders, I’m actually coming out of a depressive episode right now and this book was here to greet me and hug me with affirmations I didn’t even know I needed. I think everyone could benefit from reading these words.

“Nothing is stronger than a small hope that doesn’t give up.” - Matt Haig, The Comfort Book
