A delightful story set on the Scottish Island of Arran
Rosie is struggling to come to terms with her marriage breakdown and is living in her recently deceased parents' cottage on the Isle of Arran. Although she has neighbours and friends nearby, her only companion is her beloved dog, Coisty.
Her closest friends and former travelling companions are Isobel and Ash. They go way back 25 years to when the trio toured the Far East and Oz. A reunion is arranged for them to meet up at Rosies cottage and reminisce. It seems like the boost that Rosie needs. However, Bella, Isobels' daughter, has other plans, and a whole chain of events kicks off when Bella finds her mums old travel log and reads the first few pages.
It is a lovely story that describes life and ways of the island and islanders and is a heartwarming romance with surprising twists.
