Silver Dollar Duke by Sally Britton

5.0

I received a free copy of this book and am voluntarily leaving a review.

I love Evan and Dannie so much! I love that Evan has an adventurous soul. He left all he knew in England and traveled to Arizona. At first, Dannie thinks he won't make it on the ranch, but as she gets to know Evan and sees his work ethic, she begins to fall in love with him. I love that Dannie had some walls up that Evan slowly and steadily was able to bring down.

I love that Sally tackled such a novel idea. She brought Evan from England to a ranch in Arizona. I have never read a book like that before, and her writing style made me fall in love with the characters and setting. I could not wait to see how the book ended.

I listened to the audiobook, and Marian outdid herself! The voices were so believable. Not only was her British accent great, but she also can do an amazing cowboy drawl!

Content Warning:
