How to Change Your Mind by Michael Pollan

5.0

My only complaint is that the author uses the descriptor “Dionysian” entirely too much. Would have loved to read more about how the research mentioned could lead to people that choose not to use substances to also be able to “change their minds,” more exploration into what that would mean and how it would look like. But I’m quite excited to look into the studies he used and go my own way from there. Wonderful writer and reading voice!
