I enjoyed this book. I love Marvel in general so I really wanted to read this. I will say though try not to compare it to the films as there are differences. It was fast paced and gripping. It does flit between two time periods and can get a little confusing at times. It is all from Bucky's POV and it is before and after he became the Winter Solider. It shines a light on the struggles he must of went through as the Winter Solider and why he was the way he was in the end. It also shows a softer side to him and a love story that just was not meant to be. Quite sad in places that you really felt for Bucky. Good overall read.
