I really didn't like the premise of the universe of the book. I found most of the characters to be quite unlikable. Either stupid or downright cruel. I was not really convinced of any of the love stories other than the psychopath one. I really didn't like how much attention was given to making an actual serial killer sound like a human being. 

The only thing I liked about the book was the fact that it was ultimately proven that the DNA match thing was a hoax the whole time.
