Well paced and well written for the most part but the introduction of the Justin and the cannibalism seemed unnecessary in my opinion, I understand it was a commentary of colonialism degrading and disrespecting native traditions but he felt cartoonishly evil.

Definitely enjoyed how detailed and informative the descriptions of Ashinaabemowin practices were within the book.
