This book kept me up reading when I should have been sleeping a long time.
I loved it initially. The pacing is great. The FMC is witty and engaging.
However now, a few hours after finishing it, I have several issues.
I didn’t like how much of the plot was based on her accidentally overhearing stuff, that felt unrealistic
I would have wanted her to apologize about propositioning the MMC so strongly. The way she kept pushing was really icky
The ending felt rushed. I wasn’t ready to forgive the MMC for his high-handedness in just deciding for her that she would be better off without him. I don’t feel he really had a chance of mind about that.
But overall a great read.
