A fantastic fast-paced action adventure from page 1. Necropolis brings forth ancient Egyptian deities and mixes them with Whyborne and Griffin's typical understanding that Mrs. Hawk has provided in her other novels. It was interesting to see and follow the development for Whyborne, who if you've read the series you know he is a devoted city boy, so to see him struggling in a unknown land was an fun and intriguing part of the story. The continuation of male male Romance in this book and throughout the series has developed well the two main characters do seem to genuinely love each other and genuinely want to be with each other. Like the other novels in the series I recommend this to anyone who likes, male male romance with lots of action and adventure and delving into the supernatural.
