The Perks of Being a Wallflower by Stephen Chbosky

4.0

I initially only picked this up from the library because I just wanted to check out another book and I had heard about the move adaption of this novel, so I decided to grab it. I did not expect to fall in love with this book as much as I did. I adored everything about this story. The “kiss the prettiest girl in the room” scene wasn’t as awkward as I thought it would be, seeing as any time the move adaption is mentioned, that scene is always the topic of choice. Maybe the scene in the movie is worse.
