This is poignant and hauntingly touching. The rural area and its people are lovely, yet their poverty is sad and heartbreaking. 

The travels some go on are both good and bad, in many ways. What the experiences are, bring out different emotions and different changes in their lives. 

Definitely recommend reading it.
