A CIA agent infiltrates a Navy base to find a traitor, and tangles with a SEAL. This is hard to get into at first. The set up felt a bit random and wtf-ish, and I couldn't connect with the MCs. He's quite an asshole and she's cockily brash. Their better qualities come through later - smart, intuitive, loyal and there's a sweet side to him. Their romance works for me - too insta at start, but the chemistry builds well enough and they get pretty hot and heavy.

I liked how they're open about vulnerabilities, and he's very supportive and protective of her. The suspense is a bit all over the place though, and is not always logical. One plus point, there's no drama for the sake of drama. This is an earlier book by the author, and there were quite several writing and punctuation issues. It would be much better with a good editor.
