I really didn't enjoy this one. It was incredibly depressing and there just wasn't enough light in it to combat the darkness. It was a draining read and I didn't enjoy reading it. I actually liked the two main characters, I wish they had been in a different story as this didn't do the characters justice or the storyline.
The writing was so repetitive and at times so boring that I had to skim read it.
This also is not a romance and the ending isn't a proper ending but pretty ambiguous which annoyed me even more. This story could have been told so much better.
This is my second read by this author and although their first book was slightly better, I won't be reading another from them.
