Sixth of the Dusk by Brandon Sanderson

5.0

Super short but super good. The setting of this story was so unique for the Cosmere (and in general). The relationship between the trappers, Aviars, trees, predators was very nicely described for something that was this short.

I'd love to read a proper novel set on this world. This story and [b:Shadows for Silence in the Forests of Hell|21411388|Shadows for Silence in the Forests of Hell|Brandon Sanderson|https://i.gr-assets.com/images/S/compressed.photo.goodreads.com/books/1426179951l/21411388._SX50_SY75_.jpg|40712188] were the best ones yet in the book.

SpoilerThe upstream place they went to was a perpendicularity? Also wondering if the Ones Above are from another Cosmere world we know about or someone from this world only.
