Did not finish book. Stopped at 10%.

It is legal to read only chapters that are actually useful in a non-fiction book, rather than sticking through the whole book? 🫣 

I read the full first 10% when I realized only the chapter beginning with “everything I know about love…” and one other are the sole purpose of why I wanted to read the books. The other are of Dolly telling her love life, and I truly don’t want to waste my precious time.
