Thank you to NetGalley and BooksGoSocial Audio for providing me with the ALC of Psychosis Diagnosis in exchange for an honest review!

Okay, I won’t lie—this audiobook was incredible. The full-cast narration brought the story to life in the most immersive way. Each character had a distinct voice, which made it so much easier to follow the complex, shifting dynamics, and the emotional performances added a lot of depth to the experience. Honestly, one of the best audiobook productions I’ve listened to this year!

The story itself was gripping and unsettling—in all the best ways. Psychosis Diagnosis follows Monroe, a teenager trying to escape a traumatic past, who ends up entangled in a horrifying web of cult abuse, mental health misdiagnosis, and small-town secrets. The Church of Salvation is the stuff of nightmares, and the book tackles themes of gaslighting, isolation, and institutional failure with chilling clarity.

As a horror fan, I loved the blend of psychological suspense and occult themes. The pacing kept me hooked, and I never knew where the story was going—just when I thought I had it figured out, another layer unraveled. That unpredictability really worked for me and kept my brain engaged the whole time.
