At Any Moment by Brenna Aubrey

In the concluding book in the trilogy Adam and Mia have to face forces bigger than themselves. Now that Adam knows Mia is both pregnant and has cancer he has to try make her see that she needs to think of herself in this moment and not give up. He also has to be there for her, support her and love her all while getting over the betrayal that she caused and rebuild his trust in her.
Mia has to make a decision. Abort her baby and go through chemo or keep her baby and risk a greater chance of dying.
In this beautifully tragic book two people come together to survive. They have to fight forces and depend on each other, although there is still so much that is standing in their way.

I loved this story for many reasons but the main one was that it was realistic. Just because Adam and Mia were together again didn't mean that everything was automatically okay between them. They still fought, they still messed up and they still loved each other, all with that underlying hurt between them. It's beautiful to see love overcome so much in this story.
I must admit I cried a whole lot during this book but it is kind of a given. There is now way you can pick up this story and not cry.
Beautiful, heartbreaking and completely amazing.
