Early Morning Riser was described as hilarious and witty, and that absolutely rings true. From the first few pages, I knew that Katherine Heiny’s humor as an author was going to resonate really well with me.
While I loved her writing, the story wasn’t especially my favorite. I of course had a soft spot for Jimmy and the way the community comes together to help him. At some parts, I felt like the story was dragging, but I overall am glad to have read from this author! I’ll definitely be checking out her backlist.
