I have my mixed feelings about this book. On the pro side, its a great book to learn about your hormones (I found it quite fascinating) and it really gives you a better understanding on what to avoid in your diet and environment and helps set you on a path to a healthier lifestyle. But on the con side...its damn near impossible to do it all exactly to the tee of how she wants you to unless you have all the money in the world to go completely organic, etc and well live in a bubble practically to avoid all the environmental toxins we are exposed to everyday. But she does admit that she understands not being able to do it all and if you can do even half of it then you will drastically reduce your exposure to all the bad stuff and be on the right track to a healthier life. At the very least this book is a great recourse and will be something I go back to for lots of reasons.
