I’m beginning to think I need a chart of everyone in the CAR universe, and where they all fit.
Thankfully I remember Isabella as she had a protective streak a mile wide for her OG siblings. She was almost abrasive which is why I was drawn to her in this book. We got to see a vulnerable side to her, a side that Weston brought out, but also her older Cage brothers did too.
I really enjoyed her story and the way she changed into a small town girl. Weston was a perfect foil for her. He was kind, protective and loyal. Even the fact that he had left her years earlier had a good reason. I loved his twin sisters. They gave a shot of laughter to the book. I hope we see more of them somewhere down the line.
So far, two books in, and I’m loving the Cage family.

Thank you to Carrie Ann Ryan for the arc and this is my honest review.
