The Best of H.P. Lovecraft: Bloodcurdling Tales of Horror and the Macabre by H.P. Lovecraft, Robert Bloch, August Derleth

Did not finish book.
I did not manage to finish this collection before the library demanded its return. I've no doubt I'll pick it (or a similar volume) up again just to finish Shadow over Innsmouth, but I can't say I'm too enamored with Lovecraft in general. I can appreciate the foundation that his work created for horror and sci-fi, but I cannot get past his absolutely wooden ear for dialogue. Ugh.
