The Dragon of New Orleans by Genevieve Jack
This was one of those books that was better than what I expected. I enjoyed so much reading this book. I loved how this had so intriguing plot to follow. I couldn't guess all twists and this was overall an awesome read. This had so much more happening than "only romance" and I think I enjoyed reading for that reason so much.
I liked characters - Raven was full of life after she had got her health back and I loved her attitude. There maybe could have been a bit more interaction with secondary characters but now I enjoyed those moments when there were. They were fun scenes. This world was so fascinating overall.
The thing I especially appreciated was that the author had done her research and it showed. I loved so much all those stories about legends of New Orleans and I think the best thing in this book was the atmosphere. I really loved it.
