Overall, I enjoyed Shane and Diana as a couple and I thought they had good chemistry. Their fake dating arrangement arc+sexual tension rlly had me like👀🫦 This would have been a solid 4⭐️ from me, if NOT for the following reasons.

1) I get it, his penis is gigantic. First of all, a 9 inch dick unrealistic (and also ouch)... like Elle even if you wanted him to have a big penis, sure- why make it 9 inches? Girl be so fr LOL. Elle Kennedy in her 43 years of life should have enough sexual experience to know how absurd this is... and I just hated how Shane kept mentioning his penis. We get it bro.
2) Diana was really hateful at the beginning of the book for no reason. Going so far as to ostracize the guy you barely know on a deeper level is crazy...
3) I felt like we were thrown curveballs out of nowhere. Even if you wanted to have something for them both to struggle through, did it have to be that bad??? I felt like we were entering a dumpster fire. Wdym
his dad had cancer, his parents kept it a secret from him, then he died a few days later???
What kind of medical kdrama is this all of a sudden😭 That in itself was a questionable addition to the story, but ykw I could accept it... but THEN Diana gets into some shit too. We are 90% into the book, was all this rlly necessary? THE BOOK DID NOT NEED TO BE 500 PAGES LOL. Was she just trying to elongate it?
4) Why did Diana's ex have to still exist at the end of the book? BABES, HE IS DONE AND DUSTED. GOODBYE. I was so pissed to see his name again like bruh u gotta b fking kidding me.
5) Bc of the dumpster fire close to the end of the book, the ending felt so underwhelming.

Anyways, I enjoyed it... for the most part.
