I'm Thinking of Ending Things by Iain Reid

4.0

What????? I’m sooo confused

EDIT:
Whoaaaa...rereading this again after knowing the ending definitely gives a different experience. I 100% suggest rereading it if the story still confused you. Or listening to the audiobook, which made it easier to understand the end.

Although I still don’t understand the significance of “the girlfriend”’s story about the driving instructor, or the significance of the three girls at the Dairy Queen. And the blond girl? What’re they representing? What do they meant?

Plus, Sometimes the author went on too long about something that I didn’t care about so it frustrated me. Especially when it’s a suspenseful scene. Sometimes it also came off a bit preachy.
