I don’t know how to feel. Like fucking wow. This book destroyed me. The confusion?? For the entire thing. There was not a point when I was reading this book that I understood all of what was going on. I still don’t understand what all was going on. Also who the fuck is Nona??? I really thought that would be an answer considering she’s the protagonist for the next book but no. I would Die for Gideon. She just lightens the tone of the book so drastically with her incredible whit and one liners but also her absolutely need to swear every chance she gets. “Hi not fucking dead yet, I’m dad” just end me please. This book was insane. I had to physically scream about it multiple times to people around me who simply did not care. I will be reading Nona and probably having a similar level of screaming experience thank you very much. Still dying over the fact that we don’t even have an Alecto pub date?? What am I supposed to do when I finish Nona??? I love this book. I love this series. It has permanently altered my brain and I will never be the same again. One flesh, one end but with this book
