The book gave some suggestions which I hadn't seen in other books of this type. Unlike many other how to organize your life/how to be less stressed/how to not burnout/how to manage your time/etc. this one didn't have a large number of suggestions that you'd never use in the real world as many do.

It was nice and short and the author gets to the point without unnecessary and/or ridiculously long stories which often benefit them more than the reader.

In my opinion it's definitely worth the time and I'm sure you'll get something out of it.
