The Wedding Crasher by Mia Sosa
4.0

Solange gets roped into helping her wedding planner cousin with a wedding when she accidentally hears the bride confessing her love for someone else. So of course she crashes the wedding and stops the groom from making a mistake. Dean’s next step in his big life plan was to get married. He doesn’t believe in love, but he thought he found someone who was content with a marriage of convenience, until his wedding was interrupted by a stranger. Now, he finds himself needing a significant other for an assignment that could be the key to him finally landing that partner role in his law firm. That’s when he decides to ask Solage, his wedding crasher, to be his fake girlfriend for a while.

This book had me laughing out loud and somehow I think I loved it even more than The Worst Best Man.  I LOVED the premise of a wedding crasher stopping the wedding. There were so many moments that had me laughing and smiling. Plus, seeing both Solange and Dean work through some major emotional hurdles keeping them from really giving love a chance was so sweet. They had amazing chemistry and there were a few spicy scenes that were so well done. Additionally, I loved Solange’s family. Solange and her cousins are so close and supportive of each other and their moms. I just wanted to be part of their family. Finally,, I love a good DC setting so it was so fun to read about so many familiar places. I was really able to picture this book so well because of it.
