This whole your-dad-was-actually-an-assassin-working-for-an-evil-organization this was completely unexpected to me! Even thought it probably shouldn't have been! Why did I not see this coming? I got too emotionally invested with this book, but then Alex's decision to join them was too much for me, I was like hell no. I don't know why you guys read these reviews. Clearly, this is nothing more than my opinions and no longer have any information on how well the books are written.

But you guys. His dad being a double crossing double crosser I'm like WHAT IS GOING ON THIS IS TOO AMAZING. And I really want to know; what did Yassen really know? I need to know how much he knew he was telling Alex! I need to know!
