The Night Circus by Erin Morgenstern

5.0

"The circus arrives without warning.
No announcements precede it. It is simply there, when yesterday it was not"

"The circus is called Le Cirque des Rêves, and it is only open at night."

I entered a breathtaking world full with imagination, mystery and packed with magic surrounded by black tents with white stripes.

There where so many tents that it was easy for me to get lost in them. Wandering over the black paths with the sence of the tasty caramel apples in the air.

A maze was located on one side of the black path and a tent with paper creatures who felt so real that the unbelievable became believable on the other side of the path.

White flames rising high from the magical bonfire. Wich wraped it's visitors up in its spell.

All the magic within the circus camouflages the approaching dark times.

Times where two young magicians get trapped into a duel. The competitors Celia and Marco, who have been trained for their duel since childhood end up deeply in love with each other. How can they compete against each other when the game must be played out? The fate of everyone that get involved into their duel lies in their magical hands.

I immediately want to visit a circus after reading this book. Just like i did during my childhood with my parents.

The characterization of all the characters that featured in this book
is really well done by Erin Morgenstern.
I think that the night circus is a really orginal book. Very suitable for everyone who adore a good fantasy book who make them forgot the real world around them.
